The College of Sciences and Arts Club (Female Section) in Khamis Mushait, in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs, organized a program titled "Artificial Intelligence"  in the college theater.  

The program began with a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by a video presentation prepared by student Manal Al-Qahtani and delivered by student Maria Al-Askar, introducing artificial intelligence (AI) as the ability of machines to simulate intelligent behavior.  

The presentation categorized AI into three main types:  

- Narrow AI  

- General AI  

- Super AI  

Following this, Dr. Randa Abdel Halim, an assistant professor at the Applied College, delivered a brief lecture discussing the origins and future of artificial intelligence. She highlighted AI as a promising field that offers significant opportunities for enhancing and improving daily life, contributing to rapid technological advancements, and fostering innovation and growth across various domains.  

Dr. Randa emphasized the vital role AI plays in enhancing the quality and efficiency of work and boosting productivity. She also shared examples of electronic fraud, with attendees contributing their own experiences to create a shared learning opportunity.  

The program concluded with the opening of an exhibition that lasted for three days in the college theater. The exhibition showcased AI tools and accessible alternatives to various software. Informative brochures and themed giveaways were distributed to attendees. A certificate of appreciation was also presented to Dr. Randa for her valuable contribution to enriching the program.
