Student Care and Counseling Unit at the Applied College in Khamis Mushait (Female Section) conducted a program titled "Anxiety: Causes and Treatment" on Wednesday, 25/8/1445 AH, in the campus. The program lasted for an hour and was attended by several faculty members and female students.
The program aims to clarify the causes and complications of anxiety, as well as the factors that may increase the risk of developing it. It included video clips, a corner with various publications, stands, and brochures defining anxiety, diagnosing it, and its treatment.
At the end of the program, refreshments were provided to the attendees.
