In corporation with Human Sciences College, the College of Arts and Science in Khamis Mushait held a program entitled ‘ Do Not be the Killer’ It was presented by Dr. Hajar Abdullah in the theater.
Drugs and its negative effect on human at any age is the key idea of the program, in addition to, drugs addiction, which can be regarded as a mental illness and can be treated.
Dr.Hajer clarified the meaning of addiction, what lead to it, and its harmful repercussions resulted from the addiction.
Dr.Hajer mentioned signs and changes on the addicted and ways of control through which can be controlled or treated.
She concluded by highlighting the most significant ways and practices which can help in preventing drugs addiction in community.
