The college of Arts and Sciences in Khamis Mushait, in a corporation with Human Resources Management, conducted a training program entitled ‘Change Strategy: Your Way to Success and Excellence’ on Zoom app. 

The program aimed at as follows:

• Recognizing one life’s areas that must be changed. 
• Seeking to live happy life, communicating good with other.
• Clarifying most important ways to success and excellence that one must take during changing journey. 

         The program discussed some topics as follows:

• What is change and how does it happen?
• What are the things that should be changed?
• What are the aspects of change?
• What are the reasons to change?
• Knowing the signs to change?
• Rules of changing. 
• Prominent reasons to reject change.
