The Applied College in Khamis Mushait, represented by the Alumni Unit, organized a workshop titled 'Success Skills in the Workplace: Strategies and Tools for Emerging Professionals' presented by Dr. Fatima Mohammed Al-Aslami on Monday, 27th Shawwal 1445 H. The workshop began with clarifying its objective, focusing on equipping graduating female students with a comprehensive set of scientific skills and fundamental strategies to succeed in the modern work environment. The workshop included detailed explanations of success skills in the workplace, covering personal skills, interpersonal skills, as well as technical and managerial skills. Dr. Fatima emphasized that learning success skills in professional work is not a destination but a path we walk every day to sow the seeds of success in the field of life, nurturing them with our determination and passion.
