The National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment

The King Khalid University (KKU) has recently obtained the Full Institutional Accreditation from the Education Evaluation Authority - the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment, in recognition of the KKU's academic standing and the culmination of a series of achievements recently achieved by the University in a number of fields.

The university had received the letter of accreditation officially from the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment, which included accrediting the KKU for seven years until 2024.

On this occasion, His Excellency the Rector of KKU, Dr. Faleh Bin Rajaa Allah Al-Solamy said that this achievement is only one of the achievements made by the University to achieve its strategic vision and ambitious plans towards achieving the vision of the Kingdom 2030.

Dr. Al-Solamy Congratulated the university's employees on this achievement, expressing his sincere thanks and appreciation to the University Vice-President, deans of the faculties, supporting deanships, faculty members, directors of university departments, employees, students, in addition to Aseer community and university graduates for their dedication to the University.

is Excellency, Rector Al-solamy further stated that this achievement would not have been achieved without the support of God and then the continued support of the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz, His Highness the Crown Prince and His Highness the Crown Deputy Prince, and the continuous and unwavering follow-up by His Highness the Governor of Aseer Region- May Allah keep them all safe.

It is worth mentioning that the university is one of the first universities in Saudi Arabia to have such a Full Academic Accreditation.


The College of Science and Arts celebrated the twentieth anniversary of the year 1438-1439 AH on the College Theater on Sunday, 29/7 / 1439H for the Department of Computer and English Language and on Monday, July 7, 1439 for the Arabic Language and Islamic Studies beginning with the National Peace ceremony and then the Holy Quran after A group of children from Sada schools presented the students with a joyful and joyful atmosphere. The result was announced with the Dean of Admission and Registration and then the Director of the University followed by the graduates. At the end of the ceremony, the winners were honored. Season Tests There is a dream to be achieved With the beginning of the second semester final exams for the current academic year 1439-1440, we pray Allah to help our students in their exams which has started on Thursday, 18 / 1439H, amid intensive preparations from the senior management of the university and the concerned authorities. We are Stressing the keenness and sincere endeavors of the deanship , represented by Dr. Sara Abu Malha and the vice dean to pave the ways of success for the students and to overcome the difficulties to finish this season of the final exams with distinctive and impressive success.
The Achievements of The Homeland​ On behalf of His Excellency the University Rector, Dr. Falah Al-Solamy, Vice Rector of Students Affairs, Dr. Saad bin Dajjam sponsored the opening ceremony of the second scientific forum titled "A Nation’s Achievements." The ceremony took place in the Central Auditoriums of the Main Campus. In his speech, Dr. Saad bin Dajjam emphasized the importance of the forum and thanked the Faculty of Science and Arts in Khamis Mushait for organizing the forum. He explained that the title of the forum evokes the memory of the historic achievements in our country, and the prosperity of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, HRM King Salman bin Abdulaziz -- may Allah protect him. He added: "I assure you that our country is witnessing an unprecedented cultural transition through Vision 2030 and the 2020 National Transformation Program led by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. At its core, the visionary movements aspire to shift the country in a new direction towards development and success." He finally thanked all those who contributed to the organization and success of the forum. Following after, Dr. Ali Al-Qahtani, who represented the participants in the forum, expressed his gratitude to all those who inspired and encouraged creative, talented individuals. “We are very proud of a forum that is dedicated to the creativity and success achieved by our country. We also appreciate and are in gratitude to all those who work to protect the reputation of our nation. Nations are built through devoted efforts and loyal citizens." In her segment, the Head of the Scientific Committee and the Dean of the College of Science and Arts in Khamis Mushait, Dr. Sarra Abu Melha, welcomed the guests and participants while pointing out that the idea of establishing the forum was based on the King Khalid University mission to act as a platform for creative, innovative, and talented students. Dr. Abu Melha explained that during the early stages of preparation for this forum, 62 participants were accepted from different fields, but the committee accepted only 23 submissions in accord with the stated conditions and criteria. At the end of her opening remarks, Dr. Abu Melha extended her sincere appreciation to the Custodian of the Holy Mosques, His Royal Highness the Crown prince, and Rector Al-Solamy for their consistent support and care. She concluded her address by thanking everyone who contributed to the success of the forum. The forum includes four scientific sessions and will be held over a two day period, during which a number of participants will present their inventions and creative work. The forum will be held at the Central Auditoriums of the Main Campus for males and in the College of Science Theater for females.  
Harbor 4 The Musk Club of the Faculty of Science and Arts in Khamis Mushait has received a delegation from the Office of Da'wa in Khamis Mushait for setting up a program entitled Harbor 4 on Wednesday and Thursday 18-19 / 7 / 1439H at the College Theater. The team presented various segments on the first day like: Alphabetics How I go on in life. Contests and Challenge. Values ​​of self-building The following day the program included: A lecture entitled " avoids the sins "presented by Ms. Fagih al-Shahri". An ethics segments presented by "Ibtisam Al Shahrani". The program also included competitions and draws, and some active corners like :  The corner of Al.Da'wa office and their activities.  Friends' Corner.  A charity corner .
